rfc/ - Final RFC's
rfc_pending/ - Emerging RFC's
rfc_dropped/ - Rejected or Parked RFC's
* Template directory doc/template/ for just a rfc.txt
for creating new RFC's yet
* admin/rfc.sh a script to maintain RFC's
