...leading to PATHETICALLY bad timing comparison ...it seems clear that the Epoch-Step went to zero (which was neither anticipated, nor protected against) However, even individual heap allocations fare surprisingly well under full optimisation; just they don't solve our problem with tracking dependencies; the most simplest solution that would also fulfil this requirement would be using shared_ptr |
