Ichthyostega e748473b77 refactoring: a reworked version of init argument mapper ... ...used in function-closure.hpp to fabricate an argument tuple for std::bind, for partially closing some function. This is an attempt to rewrite this somewhat convoluted helper in a way to fit in with the tuple element picking mechanism just defined here.
