From 7d237647d46b9b1c3faa54a21aff02f0008ba6ab Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ichthyostega Date: Sun, 15 Feb 2026 23:02:52 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] DOC: normalise towards a single form of gitweb-URL MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit In the past we allowed a lot of leeway when referring to our web-interface to the Lumiera Git repositories (git.lumiera.org/gitweb) Unfortunately this caused the AI scraper bots »out there« to capture millions of URLs for all the different flavours of spelling them out. And now they haunt our website and try to scrap that content again and again; even while we effectively prevent that kind of abuse, rejecting those ongoing attempts at content-scraping causes a dangerously high amount of traffic. With this changeset, all cross references in the documentation section are rewritten to the only remaining valid form of that Gitweb URL. --- README | 4 ++-- doc/devel/Status.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/meeting_summary/2008-10-10.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/meeting_summary/2009-01-14.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/rfc/ApplicationStructure.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/rfc/ArchitectureOverview.txt | 6 +++--- doc/devel/rfc/DesignRenderNodesInterface.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/rfc/DevelopmentFramework.txt | 10 +++++----- doc/devel/rfc/DistributedDevelopmentFramework.txt | 4 ++-- doc/devel/rfc/MasterRepositorySetup.txt | 6 +++--- doc/devel/rfc/NoBugFlags.txt | 2 +- doc/devel/rfc/SchedulerRequirements.txt | 2 +- doc/technical/build/BuildDependencies.txt | 6 +++--- doc/technical/build/LumieraDebianPackage.txt | 8 ++++---- doc/technical/infra/debianDepot.txt | 2 +- doc/user/tutorials/building.txt | 2 +- doc/user/tutorials/contributing.txt | 4 ++-- 17 files changed, 33 insertions(+), 33 deletions(-) diff --git a/README b/README index 2ebbe23df..f8f4236ce 100644 --- a/README +++ b/README @@ -61,8 +61,8 @@ For building Lumiera, you'll need: * https://gtkmm.gnome.org/en/[gtkmm] * https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libXv[libXv] * https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/LibRsvg[lib rSVG] - * https://git.lumiera.org/?p=debian/gdl;a=summary[lib GDL] - * https://git.lumiera.org/?p=debian/gdlmm;a=summary[GDL-mm bindings] + * https://git.lumiera.org/gitweb?p=debian/gdl;a=summary[lib GDL] + * https://git.lumiera.org/gitweb?p=debian/gdlmm;a=summary[GDL-mm bindings] Further information: diff --git a/doc/devel/Status.txt b/doc/devel/Status.txt index ea1389ec1..d35493187 100644 --- a/doc/devel/Status.txt +++ b/doc/devel/Status.txt @@ -51,7 +51,7 @@ Current Release [red]#Lumiera is not usable yet#. - A »Preview Release« was - https://git.lumiera.org/?p=LUMIERA;a=tag;h=refs/tags/v0.pre.04[published at Dec 2, 2025] + https://git.lumiera.org/gitweb?p=LUMIERA;a=tag;h=refs/tags/v0.pre.04[published at Dec 2, 2025] - link:/debian[DEB packages] were built for »Trixie« and »Noble« diff --git a/doc/devel/meeting_summary/2008-10-10.txt b/doc/devel/meeting_summary/2008-10-10.txt index 0f33162ed..f5ea10590 100644 --- a/doc/devel/meeting_summary/2008-10-10.txt +++ b/doc/devel/meeting_summary/2008-10-10.txt @@ -214,7 +214,7 @@ Interface Definition Language ----------------------------- In his work on the plugin loader, _Cehteh_ created a first draft how to export an interface, and calls for review.
