Library: iterator wrapper to expose the address

...for the very specific situation when we want
to explore an existing data structure, and the
exploration assumes value semantics.
The workaround then is to use pointers as values.

now able to build a IterSource based opaque const Scope iterator

for this to work, scope-path.hpp injects an explicit specialisation,
causing the RangeIter defined in ScopePath to yield const Scope
