- using std::tr1::shared_ptr in namespace gui
- thus removing a lot of std::tr1 qualifications
- fix some includes. Should be relative to 'src'
- interface classes should declare a virtual dtor!

build a separate test-common executable (for everything in src/common)
include a precompiled header for assets.

passes compiler and test suite, finally!
TODO: also switch the derived asset kinds to use P<Media>, P<Struct>,....
maybe do the same with MObject?
