Remove left-overs from the preceding prototypical implementation, which is now obliterated by the change to a flexibly configured `FeedManifold` with structured, typed storage for buffers and for parameter data. The Render Node invocation sequence, as rearranged and reworked for the »Playback Vertical Slice«, now seems reasonably clear and settled.
