Ichthyostega 170b68ac5c Upgrade: further extend usage of the tuple_like concept + generic apply ... This changeset removes various heuristics and marker-traits by a constraint to tuple_like types. Furthermore, several usages of `apply` can thereby be generalised to work on any tuple_like.
