Ichthyostega c0dcccebd9 Factory impl now complete (hopfully).
Added Tests/Examples for the more advanced use cases
* using custom allocation (e.g. C-style malloc)
* using placement new
* creating Objects via private ctor
* example for the 'PImpl' pattern
