Ichthyostega fd7337f801 WIP drastically simplify command-mutation. 
As we're using now a command frontend interface and
and CommandImpl frame in the Registry, most of the
functionaliry on Mutation's interface is superfluous.
Additionally, this separates Mutation and Closure.
